Role Description
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Brand Manager to lead the development, execution, and continuous enhancement of brand strategies that strengthen market presence, increase customer engagement, and support long-term business growth. This role is responsible for managing the organization's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints, and developing integrated marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, customer loyalty, and commercial success.
The Brand Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, customer experience, communications, digital marketing, design, and executive leadership to create and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include developing annual brand plans, managing integrated marketing campaigns, overseeing brand positioning, coordinating product launches, and ensuring all communications consistently reflect the organization's vision, mission, and brand standards.
The role involves conducting market research, customer segmentation, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring to identify opportunities for market expansion and brand differentiation. The Brand Manager will analyze consumer behavior, evaluate campaign performance, monitor brand health metrics, and translate market insights into actionable strategies that improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Additional responsibilities include managing digital marketing initiatives across websites, social media platforms, email marketing, content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and paid advertising channels. The Brand Manager will oversee content development, creative production, brand guidelines, visual identity management, promotional materials, and public communication to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
The position also includes preparing marketing budgets, monitoring campaign expenditures, evaluating return on marketing investment (ROMI), tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and presenting performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership. The Brand Manager will identify opportunities to optimize marketing effectiveness through data-driven decision-making, customer insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, brand positioning, integrated marketing communications, customer engagement, and consumer behavior.
- Ability to develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive brand strategies aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, influencer marketing, and paid advertising.
- Ability to conduct market research, customer segmentation, competitor analysis, trend analysis, and brand performance evaluation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar business intelligence platforms.
- Knowledge of advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or similar digital advertising systems.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, or comparable customer engagement systems.
- Understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) including WordPress, Drupal, Shopify, or similar website management platforms.
- Ability to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), customer acquisition metrics, engagement rates, conversion performance, brand awareness, and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform marketing data into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling brand messaging, presentations, and executive reports.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, stakeholders, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.
