FM Talent Partners is proud to be partnering with a leading Facilities Management organisation to appoint an exceptional Director of People Experience.
This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing, highly respected business where people truly are at the centre of its success.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead every aspect of the employee journey across a workforce of 450+ employees, creating a culture that attracts, develops and retains exceptional talent while delivering a first-class employee experience.
This isn't a traditional HR position.
It's a strategic leadership role where you'll influence recruitment, onboarding, leadership development, employee engagement, performance, compliance and organisational culture.
The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of:
✔ Recruitment strategy and workforce planning
✔ Employee onboarding and offboarding
✔ Leadership development and coaching
✔ Performance management
✔ Employee engagement and retention
✔ HR operations and compliance
✔ Payroll oversight (working alongside Finance)
✔ Benefits and employee wellbeing
✔ Building a true "People First" culture
You'll partner closely with operational leadership to ensure every employee receives a consistent, high-quality experience from recruitment through to career progression.
About You
We're looking for an experienced people leader who can demonstrate:
- Leadership within Facilities Management, Property Services, Hospitality, Cleaning, Security or another multi-site service environment.
- Experience leading recruitment, HR and employee engagement functions.
- Success building high-performing teams and leadership capability.
- Strong commercial awareness with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A passion for developing people and creating exceptional workplace cultures.
Bilingual English/Spanish experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
