About the Role (Who We’re Looking For)
This role is ideal for a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with direct experience recruiting in retail, fashion, apparel, or product-driven environments. The ideal candidate has partnered with creative and commercial leaders and has successfully recruited across functions such as:
- Design & Product Creation: Fashion Design, Technical Design, Product Development, CAD, Product Lifecycle
- Merchandising & Planning: Buying, Planning, Allocation, Omni / Wholesale
- Production & Operations: Sourcing, Production, Supply Chain collaboration
- Creative & Brand Functions: Marketing, eCommerce, Content, Creative Operations
We are seeking someone who acts as a consultative advisor to hiring managers, builds strong pipelines for high-demand roles, understands the nuances of design- and product-oriented talent markets, and delivers an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate, creative, product, and commercial roles.
- Partner with business leaders and HR to align talent strategies with workforce needs.
- Develop proactive pipelines for priority functions across design, product, merchandising, planning, and creative.
- Guide hiring managers on job scoping, interview structure, assessment, and selection best practices.
- Leverage recruiting metrics and market insights to improve time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring effectiveness.
- Ensure a high-touch, consistent candidate and hiring-manager experience.
- Support emerging-talent and internship hiring where applicable.
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and thoughtful sourcing outreach.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of talent acquisition or corporate recruiting experience
- Significant experience recruiting within fashion, apparel, retail, or product-creation environments
- Demonstrated success hiring for design, technical design, product development, merchandising, planning, or creative disciplines
- Experience supporting multi-brand, matrixed, or global organizations
- Strong communication, advisory partnership style, and data-driven mindset

This is a W2 position.
