As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to help ensure our organization scales as effectively as our business.
This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the executive leadership team. You will play a critical role in shaping the people, leadership, and culture that will drive DariFill's success for years to come.

Compensation
- Base salary: $150,000–$180,000, depending on experience
- Annual performance bonus

The Opportunity
As Director of Human Resources, you will serve as the company's senior people leader and strategic advisor to the CEO.
You will help strengthen leadership capability, attract exceptional talent, develop future leaders, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure DariFill's ownership culture continues to grow as the company expands.
This is a highly visible leadership role with broad influence across the organization and a unique opportunity to shape the future of an employee-owned company.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team on organizational strategy and workforce planning
- Recruit, attract, and retain exceptional employees at every level of the organization
- Coach managers and executives to become stronger leaders
- Develop succession plans for critical positions
- Design and strengthen leadership development and performance management processes
- Ensure compensation, benefits, and recognition programs support company objectives
- Lead employee relations with fairness, consistency, and sound judgment
- Strengthen employee engagement while reinforcing a culture of ownership and accountability
- Build scalable people systems and processes that support continued company growth
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has successfully built high-performing organizations and understands how exceptional people, strong leadership, and a culture of ownership drive business performance.
Preferred qualifications include:
- 15+ years of progressive Human Resources or People leadership experience
- Experience serving as the senior HR leader within a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering-driven organization
- Demonstrated success partnering directly with executive leadership
- Strong experience in recruiting, organizational development, leadership coaching, employee relations, compensation, and talent management
- Excellent judgment, communication skills, and executive presence
- Ability to balance empathy with accountability
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification is a plus
