Human Resources Director
Location: Tampa, Florida
Full-time | Monday-Friday | (HYBRID)
Overview:
Our client is seeking a strategic Human Resources Director to lead and scale the Human Resources Business Partner function. This executive leader will partner closely with senior leadership to drive talent strategy, enhance organizational effectiveness, strengthen succession planning, and optimize workforce performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the enterprise HR Business Partner function across operational and corporate teams.
- Partner with executive leaders to align workforce strategy with business objectives.
- Design and lead talent review, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Drive organizational design, change management, and workforce planning efforts.
- Build executive dashboards and leverage workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team while establishing best practices and performance standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including leadership of HR Business Partner teams.
- 5+ years managing teams within a complex, multi-site organization.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership on organizational strategy, talent management, and workforce planning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related field).
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification.
- Experience supporting organizations with 1,000+ employees.
- Background in organizational transformation, succession planning, and leadership development.
