Experience & Skills
· 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing, distribution, or CPG
· Multi-site workforce experience preferred
· Strong HR and Benefit administration knowledge
· Sedex/SMETA or ESG reporting exposure preferred
· HRIS, ERP payroll, and Microsoft Office fluency required
