The Low Code Specialist drives the adoption of low-code technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio by empowering business users and citizen developers to create practical digital solutions. About the Team
You will be part of a Digital Acceleration team within the IT organization. The team's mission is to maximize business value by accelerating the adoption of modern digital technologies, including artificial intelligence and low-code platforms. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and technology partners, the team identifies opportunities, develops use cases, and delivers solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the low-code adoption strategy to increase the usage of Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
- Collaborate with product owners and platform teams to identify opportunities for increased adoption and business value.
- Act as a subject matter expert in low-code technologies while staying up to date with industry trends and emerging capabilities.
- Translate new technologies into practical business solutions by coaching and co-developing with citizen developers.
- Inspire and guide business users in integrating low-code solutions into their daily processes and workflows.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, webinars, and learning materials for end users.
- Coach, mentor, and support citizen developers in building applications, automations, and AI-powered solutions.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, hackathons, ideation sessions, and community events to strengthen the low-code community and increase platform adoption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for citizen developers, providing guidance, best practices, and technical consultation.
- Promote governance, standards, and best practices to ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Required Profile
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience developing applications, automations, or AI agents.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or comparable low-code platforms.
- A strong interest in emerging technologies and the ability to translate technological developments into tangible business value.
- A passion for digital transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand business challenges and translate them into practical digital solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working effectively with cross-functional business and IT teams.
- A proactive attitude, curiosity to learn new technologies, and a willingness to share knowledge and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, or Azure services.
- Experience facilitating workshops or delivering training programs.
- Familiarity with governance and adoption strategies for enterprise low-code platforms.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform or Copilot technologies are considered a plus.
