Reporting directly to the CEO, the CHRO will own the full HR mandate, defining the delivery model, building the team, and executing the roadmap. This is not a maintenance role. You will design and stand-up centralized payroll and benefits, lead a full ADP implementation, redesign the company's benefits program, and rebuild talent acquisition for a workforce of approximately 3,000 field professionals operating across the country. You will lead a team of 16 and serve as a true strategic partner to a new and energized executive leadership team.
