Job Description
Our client is seeking an AI Consultant to support the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Copilot across the organization. The primary focus of this role is to help engineers and project teams improve their daily workflows by leveraging AI as a support tool.
You will analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency gains, and translate these into practical Microsoft Copilot use cases. A key principle within this role is that AI is used to support engineers in their work, not to replace their technical expertise or core responsibilities. The objective is to increase productivity, reduce errors, and improve consistency across projects.
In addition, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, helping shape the organization’s AI strategy and identifying opportunities for responsible AI adoption within daily operations. You will facilitate workshops, guide users in best practices, and help build enthusiasm and confidence around AI throughout the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree level of thinking and working.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI solutions in a business environment.
- Experience with process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into practical business solutions.
- Experience within an engineering, technical, or project-based environment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI usage.
Engagement & Contract Type
The engagement is flexible and open for discussion. Both freelance (contractor/ZZP) and permanent employment arrangements are possible. The workload can be tailored to both the consultant’s availability and our client’s needs, ranging from 1 to 5 days per week. This makes the opportunity suitable for both part-time specialists and full-time professionals.
