Description:
Account Management:
· Customer Ownership: Take charge of customer sales, profitability, and satisfaction, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Lead and nurture relationships with existing key customers and partners throughout the entire sales cycle.
· Account Planning: Develop comprehensive account plans and manage sales forecasts throughout the year.
· Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and report on account performance, making data driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
Business Development:
· Advisory Role: Act as a trusted advisor in the development of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions with potential customers.
· Lead Management: Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing activities, ensuring a proactive and timely approach.
· Responsive Engagement: Respond to and follow up on sales, tenders, and information inquiries, demonstrating a commitment to customer needs and engaging colleagues from Sales Engineering and Product Management.
· Develop a Sales Approach: Create fresh sales strategies and work with partners to bring business models into action for seamless implementation.
Effective Communication:
· Prepare engaging presentations, proposals, and negotiate sales contracts with a focus on building mutually beneficial partnerships.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the electric vehicle charging or related automotive industry.
· A network and proven experience in OEM automotive are mandatory.
· Demonstrated success in account management and business development.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data driven decisions.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English language.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
