Financial Controller | Permanent Contract | Amsterdam Region (Vondelpark area) | 40 hours | €70,000 – €90,000
Are you a finance professional who thrives on building, connecting, and international dynamics? For a fast-growing retail organization, we are seeking a Financial Controller to help further establish the European finance operation. You will work from the Amsterdam office, together with an international team and in direct contact with HQ in Israel. A role with significant responsibility, international exposure, and ample room to make an impact.
About the organization
You will be joining an international retail organization that is rapidly developing within Europe. The organization is part of a larger, established group with a strong position in the retail and distribution of international brands. The European operation is being further developed and managed from Amsterdam. Multiple locations are now active, and further expansion to dozens of stores across Europe is planned for the coming years.
At the Amsterdam office, you work with a compact team of approximately 12 colleagues, right next to Vondelpark. Lines of communication are short, direct, and the environment entrepreneurial. You interact daily with colleagues in various countries, as well as with the finance team and the CFO in Israel.
It is an organization where not everything is set in stone yet. That is precisely why you get the chance here to help build, improve processes, and have a real influence on how finance is structured within Europe.

The role is broad and dynamic: one day you dive deep into IFRS reporting or VAT issues, the next day you brainstorm with the CFO about process improvements or assist with a new store opening. You will find yourself in an environment where speed, ownership, and collaboration are central.
