Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area. This individual will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding for team members across production, engineering, and office functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR policies, ensuring compliance with federal and Nevada state employment regulations, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, support supervisors with coaching and performance conversations, and help foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performance work environment. The role also involves administering compensation and benefits programs, coordinating training and development initiatives, supporting workplace safety and attendance programs, and partnering with leadership on workforce planning and organizational culture.
Qualifications
- Experience across core HR domains, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, workplace safety practices, and HR policies and procedures.
- Skills in conflict resolution, coaching, and facilitating constructive conversations between employees and supervisors.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR management tools, basic reporting, and maintaining accurate, confidential employee records.
- Ability to design or coordinate training, support professional development, and reinforce a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- HR certification (such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
