As an Operations Support Administrator, you are part of the Media Ordering Team and hold an administrative role within it. The Media Ordering Team processes the Digital and Audiovisual campaigns supplied by the OMD and PHD labels.
You ensure that all information is correctly processed in the systems to guarantee a smooth billing flow and reporting. In your role, you act as the gatekeeper of the organization, where it is important to critically evaluate the information at your disposal. Because the media industry is constantly evolving with new innovations, this role also requires you to think about potential efficiency gains, and a proactive attitude is expected of you.
What do you bring?
• You are results-oriented, have strong communication skills, are analytical, customer-focused, and take initiative;
• You have completed an MBO education;
• You have strong administrative skills;
• You are proactive;
• You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
• You have experience with MS Teams and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) (this is a must!);
• You preferably have knowledge of CRM systems;
• You preferably have at least 1 year of work experience and knowledge of processes within media agencies.
