We are currently partnering with a highly respected organization in the financial services space that is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support its New York office.This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being a true generalist and wants exposure across a broad range of HR functions while partnering closely with business leaders.
- Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
- Salary: $90,000 – $100,000

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong employee relations experience
- Solid knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.)
- SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and influence across all levels of the organization
