Position: Information Security Analyst
Compensation: $62,000 - $73,000 annually

This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity measures, ensuring the safety of stakeholders and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead the development of the Cybersecurity Improvement Plan
- Serve as primary cybersecurity contact with federal agencies
- Design and enhance comprehensive cybersecurity programs
- Monitor security logs and investigate incidents
- Develop security hardening standards and best practices
- Optimize cybersecurity tools and ensure effective configuration
- Conduct cybersecurity training and awareness programs
- Support cybersecurity risk assessments and compliance reviews
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate cybersecurity into operations
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, MIS, CIS, or related field
- Strong knowledge of cloud and on-premise security threats
- Proficiency in vulnerability management tools
- Experience as a systems or network administrator
- Proficiency in firewall management and endpoint protection
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work 40 hours per week
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Cybersecurity-related certifications
- Experience with security monitoring tools
- Experience in cybersecurity threat management
