About the role
For a large enterprise organization, we are looking for a technically strong and proactive HashiCorp Developer who will help drive the adoption of HashiCorp solutions, with a primary focus on HashiCorp Vault.
In this role, you will work within a middleware/platform environment and collaborate closely with infrastructure, platform and business stakeholders. The focus is not on building the underlying infrastructure itself, but on deploying, integrating and improving platform solutions on top of existing Azure infrastructure.
You will play an important role in expanding the use of HashiCorp Vault, identifying new use cases, supporting secure automation and improving secrets management practices across the organization.
What you will do:
- Support and drive the adoption of HashiCorp Vault
- Deploy and integrate platform solutions within Azure environments
- Work with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles
- Support secure access and secrets management processes
- Collaborate with infrastructure, platform and business stakeholders
- Identify new use cases and help translate technical needs into practical solutions
- Contribute to automation, CI/CD and platform improvement initiatives
What we are looking for:
- 3–5 years of relevant IT experience
- Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault
- Good knowledge of Terraform
- Experience with CyberArk
- Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps
- Understanding of IAM and access management concepts
- Knowledge of Linux environments
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker within Azure platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive mindset and ownership mentality
- Excellent English communication skills
Nice to have:
- SailPoint experience
- Windows experience
- Experience with long-term projects or assignments
- Business analysis or solution adoption experience
