The Employee Experience & Events Specialist creates exceptional internal employee experiences through company events, engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activities. This role helps foster an environment where employees feel connected, supported, and inspired to do their best work while partnering with stakeholders across the organization to deliver meaningful employee experiences.
Please note: This role focuses exclusively on internal employee events and workplace experience initiatives. It does not support customer-facing marketing events, trade shows, or brand activations.
Job Responsibilities
Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:
- Plan and execute internal company events and employee experience initiatives, from small team activities to large-scale company gatherings serving 1,000+ attendees
- Own event budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and logistics from planning through execution
- Support employee engagement, wellness, recognition, and culture-building initiatives throughout the year
- Partner with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Facilities, and other departments to deliver meaningful employee experiences
- Maintain event inventory, supplies, organizational systems, and program documentation
- Gather employee feedback and continuously improve workplace culture and employee experience programs
- Support onboarding, employee lifecycle programs, and cross-functional initiatives across the organization.
Job Qualifications

- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across all levels of organization
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, timelines, or complex projects
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
- Positive, approachable, and service-oriented attitude with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and jump in wherever needed
- Strategic thinker who can use details and feedback to drive broader employee experience improvements
- Experience in event planning, employee engagement, workplace experience, or a related field preferred but not required
