Requirements
- Lead the development and execution of enterprise technology and cybersecurity strategy aligned with business goals, regulatory needs, and long‑term vision
- Oversee the protection of all information assets by ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability across on‑prem, cloud, and digital environments
- Build and manage a formal cybersecurity governance program aligned to NIST CSF 2.0, covering all core security functions
- Direct enterprise cyber risk management, including risk identification, reporting, exception handling, and maintaining an executive‑level risk register
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on technology modernization, cyber risk, and regulatory exposure
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Commercial, Quality, and Operations to deliver secure, compliant, and business‑enabling technology outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in computer science, cybersecurity, information systems, or a related technical field. Master's degree in information systems, cybersecurity, or an MBA is preferred
- Senior‑level cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCISO, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- 15+ years of progressive IT and cybersecurity leadership, including executive‑level responsibility across both functions.
- Proven success overseeing enterprise technology environments, major system implementations, and the development or maturation of cybersecurity programs
- Willing to work 100% on site
Salary: $280k - $300k + Bonus
