We are looking for an L1–L2 IT Support Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in IT support and service desk operations. Contract role in Prague, Czechia. Fluency in French, German, or Dutch is required.
Required Skills:
- Active Directory (AD) – User & Access Management
- Microsoft Intune – Device & Endpoint Management
- ServiceNow (SNOW) – Incident & Request Management
- Microsoft 365 & Windows 10/11 Support
- Basic Networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users.
- Manage incidents and service requests via ServiceNow.
- Support user onboarding/offboarding and access management.
- Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, device, and application issues.
- Ensure SLA compliance and accurate ticket documentation.
