Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Software engineering experience is a plus.
- Ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Strong product mindset and ability to translate business challenges into data science solutions.
- Solid understanding of NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience developing Generative AI applications is strongly preferred.
- Experience developing, evaluating, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models.
- Experience with LLMOps, MLOps, and DevOps practices in cloud production environments.
Engineering Skills
Experience with:
- Git
- CI/CD pipelines
- ETL processes
- Cloud platforms (Azure preferred, or equivalent)
- API development and integration
- Containerization
- Relational databases
- Vector databases
