We’re looking for an IT Help Desk Specialist to support our daily operations and keep our systems running smoothly.
You’ll be the first point of contact for technical issues, helping internal teams, drivers, and customers resolve problems quickly and efficiently
What you’ll do
- Provide technical support for systems, applications, and devices
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
- Track and manage tickets from issue → resolution
- Set up laptops, accounts, and basic IT tools
- Support onboarding/offboarding (IT side)
- Document common issues and solutions

- Experience in IT Help Desk / IT Support / Technical Support
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Basic knowledge of systems, networks, and troubleshooting
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
