The Role
- Start with an intensive development phase covering data tools, analysis techniques, and practical methods
- Apply your learned skills at a client site, contributing to data analysis, dashboard creation, data modeling, and reporting
- Participate in in-depth technical training led by experienced data professionals
- Enhance communication skills through soft-skill sessions, including a learning weekend
- Receive structured guidance from a Learning Consultant and Personal Coach
- Opportunity for permanent employment with a client upon successful completion of the program
What You'll Need
- Recently completed a Master's degree in a STEM field
- Strong interest in data, technology, and analytical challenges
- Eager to learn and committed to personal and professional development
- Proactive in tackling new challenges and taking on responsibility
- Flexible and willing to work within the Randstad area (or willing to relocate)
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
