Brand Manager | Climate Tech Scale-Up | The Hague (Hybrid)

With innovative technology, a strong product vision, and ambitious growth plans, they're looking for a Brand Manager to lead brand positioning and awareness in the Dutch and German markets.

The role
As Brand Manager, you will take full ownership of how the brand is positioned and experienced across both B2B and B2C audiences. This means shaping the company's story, ensuring it is communicated clearly and consistently, and reaching the right audiences at the right time.
You will be responsible for managing the full brand and content ecosystem, from developing messaging and positioning to planning and executing content and PR strategies. Leading campaigns and brand activations, driving media visibility, and ensuring consistency across all channels. The role is highly hands-on, meaning you will not only set direction but also actively contribute to content creation, creative direction, and execution.
This is a role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and wants to play a key role in building a brand with real market impact.

- Experience building and growing brands
- Strong experience in brand marketing, PR, and campaign activation
- Previous exposure to a scale-up or fast-paced environment
- A creative and hands-on mindset, comfortable moving from idea to execution
- Affinity with sustainability, climate tech, or energy transition (strong plus)
- Experience with visual content and/or video creation (nice to have)
