As our US business continues its exceptional growth trajectory, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Team in New York and play a central role in building the next generation of high performing teams across the business.
This is a highly commercial Talent Acquisition role partnering directly with senior leadership across the business, driving experienced hiring strategy and helping shape the next phase of Oliver James USA’s growth.

The Opportunity
Working alongside an established Talent team, you will contribute to the attraction and hiring of experienced recruiters into Oliver James USA, proactively identifying top talent across our specialist markets and building strategic pipelines aligned to long-term business growth.
Working closely with Directors and senior stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in market mapping, hiring strategy and talent attraction initiatives across the US business.
Key Responsibilities
- Headhunt experienced recruiters across Oliver James’ specialist markets
- Build strategic talent pipelines aligned to future growth plans
- Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle
- Partner closely with senior leadership on hiring strategy and market insights
- Conduct first-stage interviews and candidate assessments
- Promote the Oliver James brand across the recruitment market
- Manage referral initiatives
- Support onboarding and post-placement aftercare
- Work collaboratively with the wider Talent team and Marketing on talent attraction campaigns
- Track pipeline activity, hiring performance and recruitment data
