We’re partnering confidentially with a rapidly growing, multi-entity organization seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across multiple business units and market offices.
This is not a transactional HR role. The right person will be highly visible across the organization and play a key role in shaping employee experience, supporting leaders through complex people matters, and helping scale HR infrastructure in a fast-moving environment.
The position reports directly to the Chief People Officer and is ideal for someone who thrives balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
What You’ll Own
- Partner directly with leaders on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and organizational effectiveness
- Lead sensitive workplace investigations with professionalism, discretion, and strong judgment
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle
- Drive onboarding and offboarding processes that create a consistent, high-quality employee experience
- Manage leave administration and accommodations including FMLA, ADA, and short-term disability
- Support compliance across multiple states and business entities
- Coach managers through difficult conversations, corrective action, and performance improvement processes
- Help evolve HR policies, processes, and programs as the company continues to scale
- Partner cross-functionally with payroll, benefits, and operations teams
- Travel periodically to market offices to support leaders and employees onsite
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or multi-location organizations
- Strong employee relations and investigation experience required
- Deep knowledge of employment law including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and related compliance matters
- Experience supporting multiple business units or geographic locations preferred
- Confident communicator who can build credibility with frontline employees and executive leadership alike
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and sensitive situations with sound judgment
- HRIS experience required; ADP experience is a plus
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications are a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
- $85,000-$100,000 base salary (depends on experience)
