Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant located in West Palm Beach, FL, with flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The Personal Assistant will support the executive team through tasks such as calendar and diary management, scheduling and organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. Additional responsibilities include facilitating administrative and clerical tasks, maintaining organizational systems, and ensuring efficient daily operations for the team.
Qualifications
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance experience
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Diary and Calendar Management
- Competence in Clerical Skills, such as scheduling, document management, and handling correspondence
- Proficiency in office software tools, such as MS Office or Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Familiarity with investment or financial services industries is a plus
