We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, working with people, and supporting hiring and onboarding processes behind the scenes.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our recruiting, hiring, and HR operations running smoothly—especially as we transition to a new HR system. As an HR Assistant, you’ll support a variety of HR and recruiting activities, including:
- Coordinating and scheduling on-site interviews with multiple stakeholders
- Scheduling phone screens and pre-screen interviews
- Assisting with pre-employment steps for new hires (tracking drug screens, background checks, and required documentation)
- Reviewing and organizing HR documentation and SOPs
- Monitoring where open positions are posted and tracking posting expiration dates
- Sitting in on interviews as needed to support the hiring team
- Assisting with employee events and internal initiatives
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team as needed
