SHR Talent is partnering with a growing, multi-location service-based organization in its search for an Human Resources Administrator. The Human Resources Administrator is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting payroll operations while also contributing to broader administrative and Human Resources functions in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
This Human Resources Administrator opportunity offers the chance to work closely with leadership while gaining additional exposure to Human Resources processes and systems. The organization is seeking someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Support weekly payroll processing, including assisting with timecard reviews and data validation
- Extract and organize payroll-related data using Excel and internal systems
- Assist with employee time tracking processes across multiple locations
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources and Operations teams
- Help coordinate basic Human Resources functions such as employee records and documentation
- Order office supplies and support general office operations as needed
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry and reporting
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in payroll, Human Resources support, or administrative functions
- Exposure to timekeeping systems and/or payroll processes, preferred
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
- Experience supporting field-based or hourly employee populations, a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within Human Resources
