Grès et Delibaşı is a design-led specialist agency supporting international premium and luxury brands in entering and scaling within Europe. We develop market entry and growth strategies while supporting operational setup, marketing, and execution.
Working across interior and exterior products for the home, hospitality, and office sectors, we operate at the intersection of design, commercial strategy, and market development—collaborating closely with Architects, Interior Designers, Hospitality Groups, and Leading Retailers.
The Role
The A&D Brand & Market Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through structured business development, relationship management, and project conversion within the Architecture & Design (A&D) and retail ecosystem. You will own the commercial pipeline, contribute to brand positioning, and play a key role in converting opportunities into specifications and orders.

Geography: Europe
Portfolio: Premium & Luxury Furniture and Lighting Brands
Stakeholders: Architects, Interior Designers, Hospitality Groups, Developers, Procurement Agents, Contract Dealers, Retailers, and Internal Teams
Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Pipeline Ownership
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline
- Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities for clients
- Track opportunities from lead to conversion
Business Development
- Generate new opportunities through outreach and networking
- Build relationships with key decision-makers
- Maintain consistent follow-up
Brand Representation & Positioning
- Represent multiple brands clearly and consistently
- Translate brand positioning into project applications
- Provide market feedback on positioning and pricing
Specification & Project Conversion
- Support projects from early engagement to order
- Collaborate with clients on product selection
- Coordinate with internal teams for delivery
CRM, Forecasting & Reporting
- Maintain CRM (Pipedrive)
- Provide pipeline visibility and forecasting
- Track performance against targets
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Project and Marketing teams
- Align commercial activity with execution and campaigns
Requirements
- 3–6 years’ experience in furniture, lighting, interiors, or design-led commercial roles
- Proven experience working with architects and interior designers
- Experience in premium/luxury segments preferred
- Exposure to European or multi-market environments is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial mindset with structured pipeline management
- High level of organisation and ability to manage multiple markets and brands
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
