Imfiy B.V. is an AI-powered startup studio based in Amsterdam. We don't build one product — we build and launch multiple AI-native startups, one at a time, fast and lean.

The Role
This is not a developer job. This is not a marketing job. This is not a project manager job. It's all of them — and none of them.
You'll work with AI agents to take startup ideas from zero to launch. One at a time. The agents build the product. You do everything else. Once it's live and growing — you move to the next one.
What you'll actually do:
• Test what the AI agents build — click every button, break things, report what's wrong
• Talk to real users — get feedback, understand what they need
• Set up and run ad campaigns — with an AI agent guiding you
• Handle customer questions and support
• Create content — social media posts, landing page copy, emails
• Find the first users — outreach, communities, partnerships, whatever works
• Track what's working and what's not
• Improve the product based on what you learn from users
• Launch the startup properly — not a demo, a real business
• Once it's live and growing — move to the next one
You don't need to be technical. You don't need to read code. The AI agents handle the engineering. You handle the real world.
What we're looking for
We're not looking at your resume. We're looking at you.
You are:
• A doer — you don't overthink, you try things
• Resourceful — when you don't know how to do something, you figure it out
• Not afraid to fail — you'll launch things that flop. That's the point. You learn and go again
• Comfortable with AI — you use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools and you're not intimidated by them
• A clear communicator — you can talk to users, write copy, and explain what's happening
• Self-driven — nobody is going to give you a checklist every morning
• Curious — you want to understand how things work, even if it's outside your comfort zone
• Hungry — you want more than a regular job. You want to build things.
Nice to have (but we'll teach you):
• Experience running ads (Meta, Google, TikTok — anything)
• Social media management or content creation experience
• Customer service or community management experience
• Any startup experience — even your own failed project counts
• Basic understanding of how websites and apps work
You definitely DON'T need:
• A degree (any degree)
• Coding skills
• Marketing certifications
• Years of experience
• A polished portfolio
What you'll learn
