Role Description
The Talent Manager will oversee the day-to-day needs of talent clients, develop and execute talent growth strategies, and manage client relationships. Responsibilities include scouting and onboarding new talent, negotiating deals and contracts, sourcing and securing brand partnerships, and ensuring successful campaign execution. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge will be key to this role’s success.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a roster of creators or creative talent across categories
- Develop monetization strategies and long-term career plans for talent
- Source, negotiate, and close brand partnerships, sponsorships, and campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and platform partners
- Collaborate with other Three Roads managers on shared opportunities and deal flow
- Contribute to firm-wide growth and strategic initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in creator or talent management
- Active roster of talent or proven history managing creators or creative professionals
- Demonstrated experience negotiating brand deals and partnerships
- Strong understanding of talent monetization strategies
- Existing brand and/or agency relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach
