Our Client is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to support their Operations team and serve as the primary point of contact for all HR‑related matters. This role requires a hands‑on HR professional who excels in performance management, employee relations, policy interpretation, and implementing key HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day‑to‑day HR guidance to leaders, supporting coaching, counseling, performance development, and corrective actions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, offering clarity and direction on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Partner closely with HR leadership and specialized HR teams to roll out impactful HR programs across the organization.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with business leaders to influence decisions and support organizational goals.
- Oversee employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent handling of performance issues, terminations, and exits.
- Support engagement initiatives, salary and bonus cycles, workforce planning, and organizational changes.
- Assist with leadership development efforts, helping identify and address underlying people‑related challenges.
- Utilize HRIS systems to maintain data accuracy and develop reports that provide meaningful HR insights.
- Provide feedback to HR centers of excellence (Compensation, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, etc.) to improve processes.
- Perform additional HR duties as needed to support the business.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of proven experience leading HR teams and driving HR strategy.
- Strong background in using HR analytics and data to solve real‑world organizational challenges.
- Deep understanding of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, Wage & Hour, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and support multiple locations.
- Strong attendance and reliability record.
- Ability to pass required background screening processes.
