- Position: HR Coordinator
- Location: Port St. Lucie, FL – Hybrid (34986)
- Pay Rate: $28-$32
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on administrative excellence and process execution
- Own and help build out onboarding processes to create a consistent and seamless new hire experience
- Coordinate and execute employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems
- Assist with HRIS updates, reporting, and document management
- Manage internal HR documentation, policies, and workflows
- Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
- Track and manage HR tasks and projects using tools like Notion or Asana
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
- Partner with internal teams to support a smooth and organized employee experience
- Assist with audits, file management, and additional HR projects as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3+ years of Human Resources or administrative experience
- Experience supporting HR functions such as onboarding, employee records, or HR operations
- Familiarity with HR systems (BambooHR or similar HRIS preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and projects from start to finish
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
