Our Client isseeking an enthusiastic early‑career cybersecurity professional to join their team through a 24‑month rotational development program. This role offers hands‑on exposure to multiple security domains, structured learning, and real‑world operational experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitoring and assessing security alerts to spot potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Supporting the creation and rollout of security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Assisting with incident response activities, including investigation, analysis, and documentation.
- Working with industry‑standard tools to detect, analyze, and prevent security issues.
- Collaborating with IT and development teams to strengthen security practices and encourage secure coding.
- Contributing to organization‑wide cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives.
- Embedding security best practices across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and managing security automation within CI/CD pipelines.
- Helping manage user access, permissions, and compliance with IAM guidelines.
What They’re Looking For
- Recent graduates (within the last 12 months) with degrees in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Foundational knowledge of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and risk management.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or JavaScript.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ (preferred).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Availability to work onsite 2–3 days per week at the designated location.
