Introduction & Summary

We Grow is a fast-growing organization, fully focused on helping local webshops scale abroad through smart, international distribution solutions. The Account manager’s main responsibility is to support and enable our continued business growth by expanding our customer base with the right accounts and to support and enable existing accounts. We hereby define the responsibilities of the Account and customer success manager in more detail.

1. Account management – 90%

As the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring their success with our solutions. You’ll partner with Operations, Finance, and internal teams to proactively identify and resolve client challenges in a cost-effective manner.

Core Responsibilities

Account Ownership: Manage a defined set of enterprise accounts, supporting their onboarding, growth, and ongoing success.

Issue Diagnosis & Resolution: Identify the root causes of client issues, and implement practical, scalable solutions.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main liaison between clients, Operations, Finance, and internal partners—ensuring smooth communication and alignment.

Strategic Engagement: Cultivate strong personal relationships through on-site visits, lunches, and client events.

Client Advocacy: Always think from the client’s perspective, anticipating their needs and delivering value long-term.

2. Margin optimization & upselling 10 %

Upselling: Drive Volume by Commercially Motivated Offers

Detect Growth Opportunities

Analyze client usage to identify where they’re underutilizing capacity—spot triggers like nearing volume thresholds or new service needs.

With 40+ contracts, continuously audit for volume tiers, cost anomalies, or rebate opportunities—identify levers that improve margin.

Compensation:

Base salary 2900€ - 5000€ + bonus
