Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Human Resources Coordinator. The coordinator will oversee and manage daily Human Resources operations such as benefits administration, employee relations, and implementation of HR policies. Responsibilities will also include maintaining personnel records, assisting with recruitment processes, supporting employee-oriented programs, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. The role requires effective communication and organizational skills to support the success of the HR department and the organization.

Qualifications

Proficiency in HR Management and general Human Resources (HR) operations
Experience in Benefits Administration and managing employee compensation and benefits programs
Knowledge of Employee Relations best practices, including conflict resolution and employee engagement strategies
Strong understanding of HR Policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the medical practice or healthcare industry is a plus
