WMC is entering an exciting new phase of growth, and we are searching for a talented Financial Controller to strengthen and scale the finance function. Key Responsibilities

Controlling & Financial Analysis

Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, consolidating data from departments;
Prepare variance analyses (actual vs. budget) and financial KPIs with insightful commentary;
Collaborate with business units to gather data and provide financial input for decision-making;
Support ad hoc analysis on cost trends, profitability, or strategic initiatives.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

Manage and execute the month-end and year-end close process;
Prepare accurate monthly/yearly financial reporting at individual and consolidated level;
Maintain general ledgers and perform balance sheet reconciliations;
Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, prepayments, provisions);
Prepare position papers for more complex accounting items;
Assist with external audits

Process & Control Optimization

Support strengthening internal controls;
Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes;
Assist in automation and optimization of finance workflows.

Education and Qualifications

A university Bachelor or Master in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Approximately five years of experience in auditing, controlling, or accounting.
Strong analytical skills and excellent proficiency in Excel.
Experience with ERP or consolidation systems; familiarity with Exact Online or LucaNet is a plus.
A proactive, hands‑on mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑changing, multi‑stakeholder environment.
Excellent communication skills in English.
