THE ROLE

As our Social Media Manager in Amsterdam, you will own RIVVIA's social presence from the ground up – building the content, the community, and the creative direction that brings our world to life online. This is a role with real scope. You will work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager to shape campaigns, grow our audience, and make sure that what people see on their feed reflects the quality and energy of what we have built in person.

WHO YOU ARE:

Someone with experience both on the creative and the analytical side of social media.
5–7 years' experience in digital marketing/social media management.
Ideally, experience in hospitality or a similar industry.
Thrives in a fast paced environment and a team player

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).
Lead community engagement and customer interaction.
Analyse key metrics and adjust strategies to meet business goals.
Develop and expand influencer outreach and partnership efforts.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
Provide regular reports on social media performance and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with the Sr. Marketing Manager to design and create social ad campaigns, monitoring and reporting on their effectiveness.

SOFT SKILLS

A true social media lover: someone who is personally up to date with the trends (not someone who will start following trends because of the job), used to creating content and familiar with the influencer community.
Strong communication skills: friendly, positive, confident, and able to adapt their communication style to different audiences.
Self-organised: while reporting to and getting support from the Sr. Marketing Manager, the candidate is expected to be able to take initiative and work independently.
Curiosity to learn: opportunity to work on local business partnerships, events and community-driven initiatives. We would love to find a candidate who would be excited at the chance to support on side-quests.
Familiarity with Office, Canva, CapCut is preferred.
