Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the team in New York City for a hybrid role (4 days in-office, 1 day remote). This is a full-time permanent position starting immediately.

Job Duties Include

Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support across recruitment, employee onboarding, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HR administrative projects.
Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, performance reviews, compensation planning, and internal mobility.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while leveraging HR data, reporting, and analytics to support business decisions and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications Include:

3+ years of Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Business Partner or Generalist experience supporting retail & corporate recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and leadership coaching.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, HR best practices, and experience managing sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with leaders, influence stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite required.

Salary: $90K - $100K + Bonus
