Role Description

Placed International is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Information Technology Manager for a full-time remote position. The IT Manager will oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, lead technology projects, and implement solutions to improve business operations. Daily responsibilities include managing IT team activities, ensuring network security, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals. Qualifications

Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, including networks, servers, and cloud-based systems
Strong project management and leadership skills, with experience managing IT teams and implementing technology solutions
Comprehensive knowledge of data security, cybersecurity practices, and risk management strategies
Experience with software development, system upgrades, and technical troubleshooting
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments
Adaptability to evolving technology trends and ability to create innovative solutions
Familiarity with IT compliance standards and best practices
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are a plus
