We are looking to hire an IT Executive / IT Support for our company.

Candidate profile required:

• Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical support role

• Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network

Administration, or a related field

• Good knowledge of:

• hardware and software troubleshooting

• system setup and maintenance

• network and internet support

• printer, email, and office system support

• user account setup and technical issue resolution

• basic cybersecurity awareness and data protection practices

• Able to provide day-to-day technical support for the team

• Organized, reliable, and able to solve problems efficiently

• Preferably someone who can handle IT tasks independently and support the smooth daily

operation of the office

Salary range:

• AED 5,000 to AED 6,000, depending on experience and qualifications

We are looking for a practical and dependable IT professional who can manage the company’s day-to-day technical needs efficiently.

Pre-Requisites

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

5+ years of experience in IT preferred, of which 2 years ideally being in Real Estate.

Expertise in Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems is preferred

Knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies is a must.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills is essential

Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Must be flexible and should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
