Job Title: HR Assistant

Position Type: Full-Time/ Hourly

Hourly Range: $18- 20

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources team in daily operations and administrative functions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assist with day-to-day HR operations and general administrative support

Support onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and employee file setup
Enter and maintain accurate employee data within internal systems
Set up new user accounts and assist with system access for new hires
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Provide clerical support to the HR team, including filing, faxing, scanning, and mailing
Assist in coordinating HR projects such as trainings, meetings, and internal communications
Respond to employee inquiries and route requests appropriately
Perform additional administrative and HR-related duties as assigned

COMPETENCIES

Prior experience in an administrative or HR support role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong data entry accuracy and information management skills
Self-starter with a proactive and resourceful mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Team-oriented with a willingness to support various HR functions

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1-2+ years’ experience in an administrative-related role
