- Compensation: $130,000–$170,000 base + bonus

What will your day look like?
- HR Leadership: Lead all aspects of the HR function including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and compliance.
- Talent Strategy: Develop recruiting, onboarding, retention, and succession planning programs that support business objectives.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion initiatives that foster collaboration, employee development, and a strong workplace culture.
- Leadership Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and department leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and people-related decisions.
- Performance Management: Drive employee development programs, coaching initiatives, and performance review processes.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- HR Operations: Oversee HR systems, benefits administration, and reporting while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Who are you?
- Experienced HR Leader: Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or advanced degree preferred.
- Professional Services Experience Preferred: Experience supporting fast-paced, client-focused organizations is highly valued.
- Strategic & Hands-On: Comfortable developing long-term people strategies while remaining engaged in day-to-day HR leadership.
- Culture Builder: Passionate about employee engagement, leadership development, and creating a high-performance environment.
- Strong Communicator: Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build trust across all levels of an organization.
