Looking for HR Business Partner to partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to deliver strategic and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and managers on employee lifecycle topics including talent management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
- Implement and support HR programs related to compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee development.
- Support organizational strategies through people analytics, workforce planning, change initiatives, and transformation projects.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and HR policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to deliver consistent HR solutions and operational support.
- Coach and guide leaders on talent strategies, employee engagement, and performance culture.
- Promote manager self-service capabilities and leverage HR shared services for transactional support.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Experience using data and analytics tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
